• Your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog's URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own.

• You have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses, and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Elite Plastering or otherwise.

4. Content Submission and Usage Rights:

By submitting Content to Elite Plastering for inclusion on the Website, you grant Elite Plastering a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your account. Payments for services rendered by Elite Plastering must be made within 7 days of invoicing. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or late fees as outlined in the invoice. Elite Plastering reserves the right to pursue legal action or engage debt collection services to recover outstanding payments. By engaging Elite Plastering's services, you agree to adhere to these payment terms and acknowledge Elite Plastering's rights to enforce payment obligations as necessary.

7. Termination and Refund Policy:

Elite Plastering will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Website is provided "as is". Elite Plastering and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Elite Plastering nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. 10. General Representation and Warranty:

You represent and warrant that:

• Your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Elite Plastering Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

• Your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

11. Indemnification:
